CHEDDAR

THE TRADITIONAL CHEESE: Name your favorite classic novel

A tale of two cities

I have never read a classic, so I’m going to tell you the one classic that I own and actually want to read: A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens. I actually technically do not own this, because my mom did buy it for me for Christmas, I was with her, she just lost the copy and it’s somewhere in the apartment but no one knows where. 😂😂

SWISS

THE HOLE-Y CHEESE: Name an emotional roller-coaster

illuminae

Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff was such an emotional roller-coaster because there’s just so much happening, and it’s impossible to keep up. I was laughing, my heart was racing, there were times when I came close to crying. It was such a strong start to a series and I honestly can’t wait to see where it will go.

BLUE CHEESE

THE CONTROVERSIAL CHEESE: Name an unpopular book opinion you have

the cruel prince

I hate The Cruel Prince by Holly Black.

BRIE

THE FAVORITE CHEESE: Name an author you always want more of

Image result for rainbow rowell

I can never get enough of Rainbow Rowell and she hasn’t published anything for a hot minute now, but I am highly anticipating her return. I can’t wait.

GOUDA

THE DUTCH CHEESE: Name a book that makes you want to travel

Love and gelato

Love & Gelato makes me want to travel so badly to Italy. I loved it the most because the main character, Lina, travels to Italy for the first time and it was a new experience for her, and all I want to do now is go to Italy.

AMERICAN

THE FAKE CHEESE: Name your least favorite book/ A book you love to hate on

Image result for the girl on the train

I honestly love to hate on The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins. I didn’t enjoy anything about that book and the only thing that I regret when it comes to that book, besides actually having read it, is that I didn’t write a rant review. I mean, I didn’t have a book blog back then, but still.

COLBY JACK

THE MIXED CHEESE: Name your favorite ship

Image result for scarlet and wolf

This is hard, because I jump on board of a lot of ships very easily, but I have to say all of the relationships in The Lunar Chronicles. My personal favorite is Scarlet and Wolf, but I love all of them. I really love The Lunar Chronicles, I honestly miss it.

MOZZARELLA

THE SIMPLE CHEESE: Name an old favorite you’ll never stop loving

Image result for fangirl rainbow rowell

Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell. Everytime I think about it I get so warm and fuzzy inside and I’m always so happy when it comes to Fangirl. I reread that book every year, I just love it to bits and pieces.

PEPPERJACK

THE SPICY CHEESE: Name a book you can’t judge by its cover

Image result for the problem with forever book

You might look at the cover of The Problem with Forever by Jennifer L. Armentrout, and see the pretty font and the rainbow and be like, oh of course it’s just a nice fluffy contemporary. It really is not, it’s super depressing. I really enjoyed it btw I read it like two years ago, it is super good, but again, very depressing.

MUENASTER

THE MONSTER CHEESE: Name a villain that you wish never had the joy of eating cheese again

This year is truly the year of unpopular opinions for me, because although I 100% loved the Grisha trilogy, I hate the Darkling. He’s a very good villain and everything, but I see people hardcore shipping him with Alina and I’m like ???

This tag was really fun, and if you liked it, please give it a go aswell if you enjoyed it or if you are enjoyer of cheese. 🤗🤗

  2. I’m glad Illuminae was an emotional roller coaster for you, and I also loved Fangirl! Very cute. 🙂 And lol same, I don’t get how people can ship Alina with the Darkling… I guess it’s because he’s so hot and mysterious? 😂
